Memory Match — also called Concentration or Pairs — is the card game everyone grew up with: a grid of face-down cards, and the simple goal of finding every matching pair using nothing but your memory. This version runs right in your browser, tracks your moves and time, and scales from a quick warm-up to a real challenge.
How to play
All the cards start face-down. On each turn you flip two:
- Match — the pair stays face-up and glows. Nice.
- No match — both flip back, so remember where they were.
Clear every pair to win. The fewer moves and the less time you take, the better your score.
How to use it
- Open Memory Match.
- Pick a difficulty — Easy (6 pairs), Medium (8), or Hard (10).
- Flip two cards at a time and hunt for matches.
- Clear the board, then try to beat your best moves and time.
Pick your challenge
- Easy — 6 pairs — a fast, friendly round, great for kids
- Medium — 8 pairs — the classic 4×4 board
- Hard — 10 pairs — a bigger grid that really tests your recall
Your best score is tracked per difficulty, ranked by fewest moves with time as the tiebreaker — so there's always a record to chase on each level.
A genuine little brain workout
Matching games lean on short-term and spatial memory: you're constantly updating a mental map of what's where. It's a low-stakes, satisfying way to give that part of your brain a stretch between tasks — no sign-up, no install.
